Shipping & Returns

Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit or refund within 10 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with UPC label attached and accompanied by the original packing slip or sales order number. No returns are accepted after 10 days from when you receive or without the UPC label attached. Items purchased online must be returned to our factory. Website orders cannot be refunded at PLUMA Italia retail partner stores; they may however.

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 10 days from receipt.

Warranty Policy

Jewelry purchased online or at an PLUMA Italia retail partner store that are in need of replacement due to a manufacturer defect is covered under our policy for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Rules
PLUMA Italia will exchange your jewelry with the same product in the same finish when available. If the same product is not available a website credit for the purchase price of the item will be issued.

If your purchase was made at an PLUMA Italia authorized Retailer, you will need to return the item to the point of purchase. Policies may vary depending upon the point of purchase.

Warranty items can take between 4-6 weeks to process.

This warranty does not cover damage to PLUMA Italia products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.

Do not expose your PLUMA Italia products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

PLUMA Italia is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
